Binti Kiongozi Initiative (BIKI) is a Tanzanian youth- and community-focused initiative committed to serve, create, heal, teach, lead, reveal, and develop changemakers from an early age. BIKI focuses on purpose, family values and wellbeing, leadership, potential, values, quality education, creativity, and sustainable livelihoods.
BIKI exists to raise and nurture a generation of young changemakers who understand their purpose, discover their potential, develop the skills and values they need, and grow into responsible future parents, leaders, policymakers and decision-makers, and protectors of tomorrow.
